FL series boiling granulator
(1) Main purpose:
Boiling granulator, commonly known as one-step granulation method, is an important granulation method in the current granulation process. The main functions of boiling granulator are mixing, granulation, and drying. Due to the fact that the three processes are completed in the same sealed container, it is also known as a one-step granulator. When the spray function is not used, the machine can be used as an independent boiling dryer. Because of the above functions, it is widely used for granulation and drying in pharmaceutical, food, feed, light industry, chemical industry and other industries. The finished particles can be used for pressing pharmaceutical tablets or granular granules.
(2) Product features:
Powdered materials are fed into the hopper, and under the pressure difference, an airflow is formed, which makes the materials in a fluidized state in a closed system, circulating to achieve uniform mixing. Then, a mist like binder is sprayed to wet the powdered material and produce agglomeration. After drying (or heating) with air, porous particles are formed. Different binders are selected according to the properties of the materials, and some can form particles only with water or alcohol. The boiling granulators produced by our company are divided into two series, namely the shaking series and the pulse series (each of which is further divided into explosion-proof and non explosion-proof types). They are suitable for different production processes and requirements to meet the production needs of different enterprises.
